Today, I met this one man at even Herbalife Opportunity Meeting.. Im asking him how long has he following this healthy program.. he said, 6 month.. so hows the result? im ask him again.. then he take out he's photo before he following the program.. wow! un beleiveable! he had lost 26 KG ! in just 6 month! As you'll can c.. look at his chin.. he almost reduce his second chin! wow! and 10 inch waist have lost.. he can wear his old trousers.



Now he said he have more confident with himself.. although he had lost 26 kg in 6 month.. now he's no more shy to talk to people and share with all people around him on what he's doing write now.

My dad is sumtimes the bad temper . He always tired when back from work at home. One bad habit of him is, Leg Sick, (Lenguh2) .

Almost every night he ask my mom before he sleep need to massage his leg. Every Nite. hehe..
This is my dad before n after follow the herbalife program. Its really change he's life, n automatically changing our family LIFE more better!

Bangkok Extravaganza 2008 !

To-day story, ..... BANGKOK ! Year 2008, JULY !

I n my family and all the others team going to bangkok, we have leadership training. At there, there was excited people and healthy people were in there, it was fun at there. We meet many people out there, that share about nutrition for healthy life.

There are 20,000 people are coming at that training, and the place was very BIG of coz la nk menampung orang yang ramai kan.. there many such of input we gain at there. We meet all asia pasific country, and we have some changing button, hehe... bcoz of dont know of what languange they said, we'll talk with each country like funny, huhu.. but at there is the best vacation and studyin at there. Now back to Malaysia, i want to help many peolple as many i can do.

Me with Aunty Fazillah. She's very Sombonk when first time joined this healthy program. But now, she more confident! n easy to talk with. ;P
